I am applying for work permit using LMIA, and also applying for wife's open work permit in same application.
Now, In document checklist under my Supporting Documents, they are asking for Family Information Form (IMM5707).
And under my Wife's supporting documents they are asking for Family Information (IMM5645) (required)
For IMM5707, I added my name as applicant and other things look straight forward.
Now the confusion is in IMM5645, In Section A, whose name must be added against Applicant row ?
As I am the primary applicant with LMIA, and she is applying for open work permit so that when she accompany me she can work as well. So, should it be my name in Applicant row?
On the other side the form is required to be submitted under her Supporting Documents section, So in that case looks to me that her name should be there in Applicant row!
