Whooo Face this same Problem ????????

Hello,
Got OPR(original passport request) on 19th November, and sent two mails on passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com 23rd & 25th November respectively, but didn't receive step1 mail from IRCC only two bots mails.....


Anyone here face this same problem.....?????????????

Even I haven't received a response yet. Sent them a mail on 24th after receiving OPR, then sent another mail again today. No response yet as to step 1.

I also didn't get step 1.

Please update on this thread if you get the mail for step 1. Any idea how long it is taking to be done with the entire process, ie getting stamped passport returned?
