Who works in indian army and planning to settle in canada???

Hey all i worked at Indian army for last 15 years and i am going to retire this year, is this a good decision to move canada?, am i eligible??,
What work i should look there because ididnt have an experience the only experience i have taht is i worked for country for 15 years, my aim is to settled and get Permanent residence in canada?? My wife is also didn't have a job
Iam ready for do any job in canada. And iam 34 years of age.
What visa i should prefer? And am i eligible for that visa???Any one please help me?? I have a serious aim to settled my life in canada, this is my dream to settle there, some one please help me..... Please

You need to see if you are eligible for Express Entry - FSW to immigrate to Canada. You need language tests and education assessments. As for a job, you don’t have work authorization. You need to get a job offer and then the employer pays $1000 and applies for a LMIA. The employer has to prove no Canadian or PR can do the job. It takes months to process. If successful, then you apply for a closed work permit. Takes months.
