hi all
i am little confuse about IMM5490 the said in.my check list this words(if your sponsor is your spouse he or she.must complete the questionnair) and when i open this form theyThis write on top (this documents must be completed and included with your application if PR in Canada if you are being sponsored by your spouse .
so who will this form me or my sponsor wife?
