Yes, they have been accepted with their refugee status. They were asylum seekers. They're already more familiar with Germany and German language/culture and have no interest in moving to Canada.
I thought as much because it is almost impossible to simply *move* to Germany without having specialist technical or research skills.

Unfortunately, that's not the way the visa officer will see their applications.

It would have been different if they have German PR status since a few years.... close to being granted German citizenship.... along with well established ties. Your parents have none of these

need advice pls, is it okay to change address for the sponsor of the visitor, like when the time they will be here, we'll be on a different address?

You must inform the visa office if there's a change in the address while the application is being processed. It won't matter after a decision is given
