I took the test on March 12th 2021 and haven't heard anything back. Everything in my Citizenship Application Tracker says Completed. It's been so long and I don't know what to do!

Everything is completed is something. Is it DM on ecas? If yes, your next step is the oath, and you will be done. What's your office?

DM is something but some offices keep applicants in DM also for a very long time
I know people from Mississauga in DM since Feb 2021 (despite multiple follow-ups with IRCC).

And this unpredictability factor added with general inefficiency is a big pain!!!

Wow that is something, DM since Feb and still waiting for oath, ridiculous!
