Who put the visa stamp on PP

Dear all,

I have sent PP, RPRF and medical to Canadian High Commission, New Delhi few days back. Just wondering, will they send it to Canada for visa stamp or will be done in New Delhi itself?

I know that i will get back my PP in my home country. My question is, high commission new delhi will put visa on it or will it send it to Canada for that?
