I sent a request here https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.

I requested that I get test invite soon as my application was reaching 9 month mark. Within a week I got test invite.

If you look at the 2017 threads, processing times vary too much, even for people with similar background. However, you will most likely get your citizenship within 12 months.

Can you also give some opinion on actually moving after applying. I may have to move in the next 3 months to a different city in ON.
My current landlord is very dependable regarding all future mail, still is it mandatory to report new address?
And if yes, will reporting a new address a few months after applying add more waiting period to processing?

Changing your province can trigger RQ, but within a city / within province shouldn't cause any change in timelines
