That's the person who wants to be a Permanent Resident of Canada. The Sponsor is the one living in Canada.

Who's sponsoring you? If both you and your dad are going to Canada, then your dad is the Principal Applicant. You'll be the dependent.

Yes.

If you're coming with them then yes you'll be an applicant, too. But you're called the accompanying dependent.

Thank you for the help...but im not sure for this it said that "please ensure that each person who fills out the appendix a signs and dates it" me(accmpnyng dependnt) and my 2 brthrs(non accmpnyng dpendnt) do not knw where we will sign in coz theres no line to put our signature,only the principal dpendent signature and beside of it is a line for the date..how come it said that "Signs and dates it"..can you kindly help me...

Sorry, my friend, as I have not much of an idea about the LC2 Program and the Appendix A Form... Let's just hope that some members here are able to answer this question.

For the Appendix B. Who’s details will be filled under Applicant and Spouse column? And who will sign the “Signature of Primary Applicant”...?

Hi. as explained to me by the customer rep at vfs, the one to sign and fill up the appendix b is the primary applicant. In our case, it is my husband (who, like you, is in canada). I forgot to ask, though, if it is ok if my husband will just email the scanned filled up/signed form to me so that i can submit it together with our passport and photos.
