I have done my Bsc in multimedia/ animations from Sikkim Manipal University and I am trying to get my assessment done from ICAS as that's the only option left where its not banned.its been over 8 months I have been trying to go into there apply option and it always show that ICAS's system is currently processing a large volume of applications.
