Who exactly is the Visa Office for the US right now?

I know it used to be Buffalo, but when I went to look it up on CIC's website it said it's the C-PPO or Case Processing Pilot in Ottawa. So do I put them down as the office to process my application in the form, or do I put Buffalo?
