who can sign experience certificate ??

does anyone knows , who can sign work experience certificate ? is it mandatory that it must be signed by owner or any other manager in company can sign it ?

my position is admin assistant . so it can be signed by other senior manger ? as owner is out of station for 6 months?

i need suggestions and possibilities ?

It is best signed by your superior, someone who can be contacted to give full description of your job duties, salary, tenure at the organization. If they have a business card, that is good to include as well.

One HOPES they will contact the person whose signature is on the reference letter, but the VO could call the landline number of a company if they have it.
