Who can link gckey?

Just wanted to know for future refrence who is allowed to link the application to gckey. Are the sponsor or the applicant allowed? What if they have a representative? Which UCI to use to link it, PA's UCI?

Sponsor or applicant can link. One link only but can use the same login.

If you have rep that is not the sponsor then only Rep can link. You would then have to use ECAS only and rely on the rep to relay info to you. All the questions are there in regards. You use whatever information is applicable to link that you have at the time

we have unpaid representative that is not a lawyer, I want to know if sponsor and pa can still link the application and not the unpaid representative
