Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
My wife is a naturalized canadian citizen living in Pakistan for the past 12 years. I'm Pakistani. We have a child together (also a canadian citizen, with proof and canadian passport).

If she sponsors me and we apply for my immigration so our family can resettle in Canada, Will my wife need to first goto canada and then apply from there? A lot of people have told me she will have to (atleast for a month) but it just doesnt sound logical. Why cant she apply from here in Pakistan?

Since she's a citizen that's OK to apply abroad.
The only thing is she have to prove that she'll go back to Canada at the end of the process.
If she is a pr card holder, then she must live in Canada before apply.

Generally what counts towards proof that we wish to settle in Canada. Isnt it all subjective, may be job applications, email conversations with cousin already in canada telling them about our plans to come or may them offering us their place for first few days... etc. what other things contribute towards making the proof significant and irrefutable.

The strongest proof are things like: job waiting for her in Canada, assets/bank accounts in Canada, property owned in Canada.
