Hi, I applied PGWP 3 days ago.
And my study permit and my wife's work permit and my kid's visitor visa expires on Nov 30 2017.

My question is

1. Can I visit US by flight before receiving PGWP?

If you and your family possess a valid U.S visa that allows you entry into the U.S and a valid Canadian visa that allows back into Canada then you are golden.

Thats just my opinion. Now lets see what the seniors have to say.

I don't see why you can't come into the US and come back :) My two friends graduated in December 2017 and were able to come to Chicago with me in January without any problems.

Unless you are from one of the countries under u.s travel ban at the moment. The current development says that ban has been suspended by a judge. Not sure what will happen in the coming weeks.

If you have valid visas, you can go and come back without any problem.

Only if you had implied status (applied for new visa and during processing old one expired) you couldn't leave Canada, but not in this case.

Thanks all. My original concern is better to stay till get new pgwp.
I feel also no problem to come back to Canada.
