Which will be easy way for PR, filing PR as a single or married in canada

I am doing job under NOC B and planing to file my PR soon, i have my fiancee here in canada living with me, but she is doing job of NOC C, which will be better?
A) should get married before filing PR
Or
B) should get my PR first and then get married and file PR for her?
And what will be it effects on my CRS scores?
