Job offer is not enough. You need an approved LMIA to apply for a closed work permit.
What do you mean? If you have a closed work permit that allows you to enter and work in Canada. Congratulations on your approved LMIA! What is your NOC? ECA? IELTS?Your employer was fortunate to be approved for LMIA.
My country doesn't have visa free regime? I still need to provide some visa or something to enter the Canada
What is a ”visa free regime”? Do you have an approved LMIA with job offer from a Canadian employer? If no, you cannot apply for a closed work permit. What is your citizenship and age?
Even if I get a work permit, I still need some kind of visa in my passport in order to entry the country?
Do you have an approved LMIA and job offer? Citizenship? Age? When you apply for a closed work permit and it is approved, you send your passport for stamping. Then you enter country. You get your work visa when you enter.
No I don't get a step by step how to do everything, where passport should be sent and everything else, like whole procedure.
With a Nigerian passport I assume one needs some type of visa in order to enter to the Canada, even if work a work permit is approved
There is no step by step. Once you have your Canadian LMIA with job offer then you apply for a closed work permit. With a LMIA you prove you are experienced to do the job with ECA of education and IELTS. You show your experience letters too. Show funds too.

If you don’t have job offer and LMIA then you need a job offer. You cannot apply for a work permit without LMIA. Since from Nigeria, then of course, you need a LMIA with closed work permit.
But even if get a work permit do I still need Temporary Resident Visa in order to get to the country.
Get professional help with your approved LMIA to apply for your closed work permit. Once you get it stamped with TRV, you will have a POE letter to get your work permit upon entry.

If your work permit is approved, you will automatically be approved for a TRV. Once the WP and TRV are approved you will be requested to submit your passport so that your TRV can be affixed to it. You will then be able to travel to Canada to seek entry as a worker. If you are allowed entry, your work permit will then be issued at the port of entry.
