Which visa do I apply for spouse to travel to Canada?- FSW Inland.

Hi all,

I submitted my PR application in March and my medical passed today. R.10 hopefully should be done soon. I applied for BOWP and my work permit expires next weekend.

Which visa and when should I apply for my spouse to travel to Canada. It says I cannot apply for BOWP for spouse. So how do I get her a visa?

You apply for change of status to a visitor visa for your spouse if he/she is already here.

I don't know much about work permits so try reaching out to a lawyer or consultant if no one else here can guide you about BOWP for your spouse.
