Which University is better for Bachelors of Computer Science, Dalhousie or Manitoba?

But the ranking is heavily based on citations and publications which aren't that relevant for an undergraduate degree as they are for Masters and PhD. So, which one is better for undergraduate studies [CS]?

Well, you have kind of answered you own question. Do you want to go to Dalhousie which (may) have a better program but a less known name or go to Manitoba which is a better name but (may) not have a good of a program?

Don’t think either are co-op programs but haven’t looked recently. At an undergraduate level would anticipate they will be quite similar.
