I ain't sure about it though but i believe there's no college in Canada that will enroll you without paying tuition fee before the start date of classes.

No college would do that. If that were the case then many people would seek admission to Canada and then not turn up for classes. It would be a big immigration loophole and tarnish the reputation of the college. So that's not possible.

What do you mean exactly? Have you been accepted by a school? You need to pay the fees by the date given in your offer letter, they dont care if you arrived or not.

I applied at Fanshawe College for a PGD and had to pay C$ 2300 to get the unconditional offer letter.
