Which score is taken if multiple tests attempted?

I have taken the IELTS twice because I wanted a higher score. I recently found out that I did not need to do that. I was trying to get a score that didn't apply to my NOC bracket.

When I submit my Test Report Form, can I choose which of them I want or can immigration only accept whichever one is most current? Does it matter? I can't even find the results from the second test, still trying to track those down, but I know now that the first one will do just fine.
