Which province should I apply for nomination?

Hi,

I want to apply for EE and since my score is lower from 400, I should apply for a nomination.
I'm 34 yrs old, single and my NOC is 2171/2283/2173 (I already did the IETLS).
I don't have family or friends in Canada.

The nomination program is changing all the time - opens/closes. Therefore I'm not sure to which one I should apply for at this time.
From what I read BC/Ontario/Alberta aren't an option without a job offer and PEI/Nova Scotia/Saskatchewan are my options I should choose from.

Is there another province I might fit?
From what I saw NOC 2171 is an in-demand occupation at Saskatchewan.

What do you recommend for me to apply?

Don't lose hope. I am also 34 years old, 35 in Dec. I got NOI for Ontario Nomination at CRS 408.

As per my signature below, my CRS was 357 until 12/05/2017 when I got my new IELTS score. I aimed for CLB 9 to achieve a CRS more than 400.

At this moment I don't plan to take the IELTS again and from what I understand my option is to get nominee from another province, not sure which one..

I think sinp ee is the best. NOC 2171 is suitable for you. Open the above mentioned link. You can find important links for OID and EE PNP. YOU should read some conversions as well.

Can open at any time. SINP EE has 700 seats vacant and OID has 2500 seats still for 2017. Keep an eye out on forums and SINP website.

Can you share your experience how to get CLB 9. My CRS is only 340, really need CLB 9 to hit it up.

Do a lot of practice, at least 2 hours everyday.
