Which Province I can apply for?

Hi all,

I want to apply for PNP but I am not sure which Province should I apply for? I don't have a job offer. No Canadian experience. Have not studied from any university in Canada. But I have a Masters Degree and 5 years of Experience in Shipping and Admin (currently work as Shipping Specialist in Embassy of Japan in Pakistan). Please guide which province needs human resource in this specific field or under what stream I can apply?

Are you eligible for Express Entry? If so Saskatchewan or Alberta. For Saskatchewan your education (masters) must match your NOC or job. SINP has its own points system so your NOC and score must be selected. Same with Alberta. Submitting an EOI doesn’t mean a a nominatin.

My score for Express Entry is 470. The current scores are above 500.

So look at Alberta and Saskatchewan. For SINP, your masters must match your job experience.
