Hello,

I am looking for options to move to canada, FSW quota for my occupation has already reached cap.
I am looking for alternative PNP programs. Can any one suggest me what would be the right PNP program for me.

I am a software developer from india, with 9 years of experience. I have enough funds in my bank account to meet any fund related requirements.
Which PNP program would suite me, and which might be easier and faster.

I am excellent at english, however no IELTS taken yet, but i belive i can get over 7. No french knowledge as of now.

Thanks

First of all you should get a job in canada related to ur previous work and also job offer letter from that employer.
Then you can apply under skilled worker category of BCPNP or AINP. There are no cap in these PNP's and the processing time is also low.
And there is no ilets required in these two pnp's under skilled worker.

You're job offer was in Toronto correct?, so logic says you need an Ontario PNP, look here for information: http://www.canadavisa.com/ontario-provincial-nominee-program.html
