Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello Members,

Which pass is easier and faster (AINP, CEC or FSW)? For someone who studied for 2 years in Alberta, qualified for FSW and holding post-graduate work permit.

Appreciate any help.

FSW is closed until January and then will open with new rules. Who knows what they will be. If you have just graduated now, you will have to wait a year to get your work experience if you want to apply under CEC but if you can apply for AINP right away, that will probably be the fastest way.

Regarding the FSW... does having a valid offer of arranged employment equal to someone who working in Canada in NOC on the occupation list?

For AINP, Should I work for 6 months in certain company or I can apply just now?

Offer of employment is better than being on the occupation list because the occupation list is currently closed. New rules will be up in January. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-employment.asp for how to apply with a job offer if you are already working in Canada.

For AINP, check http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrating/ainp-eds-international-graduate-criteria.aspx and if you do not find the answers to your questions there, contact them and ask.
