Which organisation does ECA in less time except WES?

Hi all,

My university is not listed in WES institutes list so i look for another body for ECA, CES will take 15 weeks for assessment as mentioned on their website and ICAS will take 25 weeks.
Is there any other organisation which take less time then CES? Please help
