Both of the streams are having similar timelines. But considering the recent timeline of 6 months (min) for AINP nomination; I personally feel CEC is better.

Afraid I have to disagree. CEC timelines for now are untested so it is not easy to predict how long it will really take.

If your paperwork is right PNP is pretty predictable at 10-12 months.

If timing is an issue I would suggest PNP will offer you better certainty and likely better efficiency.
