Which office processes online applications?

I'm trying to find out which office is handling my wife's online application for a TRV (tourist). The reason I'm asking is to figure out the processing time.
She applied online for a TRV (Tourist Visa) back in 14/10/2013, and we live outside Canada. To be more specific, we are from Saudi Arabia but we live in Australia on a student visa.
My question is that how can I know the processing time/place for ONLINE applications?
Is it considered INSIDE canada? Or are they processing the application in Australia? Or in Saudi Arabia? I'm a bit confused here and I cannot tell from the CIC website where online applications are being processed!!
Apart from the acknowledgement letter, we have only received a request for an additional authorisation letter (on 25/10/2013) from my self allowing my wife to take our daughter to Canada.
I would appreciate it if someone could give me a hint here! Cheers.

If you said that your were resident in Australia, most likely Sydney is processing the TRV.
