i have a question for contacting ottawa whom do we need to contact is it has to be from rulling party or opposition can find out too.
any idea from those guys who have already contact there m.p.s and got some news from there M.P.

Ur local MPP could do the trick as well.

Ram, since you are in India (ie outside Canada), you cannot possibly take service of any MP. The best recourse for you is to contact Mr. Kenney, the minister or any member of the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration (CIMM).
