About the AEO (arranged employment offer), I did not obtain a work permit yet, but my employer gives me an offer with an LMIA. However, this LMIA is under the high-wage stream, not the PR stream. Can my offer be considered as an AOE? Or until I obtain a work permit under this LMIA and start to work for my employer, my offer can be considered as an AEO?
