I got job offer from an organisation in Canada in April and it says my start date is TBD and open visa approval it will be permanent. After this offer the company applied for LMIA and I got it in May. But my CRS was low so I thought of using BC PNP route. Then company lawyer told me that we have to advertise the job first in BC and issue you a new offer letter only then you can apply for BC PNP. So, they issued me a new offer letter in June.
Now, when I am filling my express entry form I filled that I have LMIA and in BC PNP I am filling that I got job offer in June. Will it be an issue? or LMIA and offer letter dates have no correlation? Please guide, any help is much appreciated.
