But as per responsibilities I feel 2173 is more appropriate.

Also, the requirement states that 'A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering or mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.'

But i have major in Information Technology, hope it does fall under this.

Will it be a major problem if the title doesn't match listed ones even thought responsibilities match? Please suggest on degree as well

also if I have two work experience, can I mention those two under two different NOC in work experience as per titles?
I am are 2173 for one job and 2171 for other

As far as what I have seen from experienced people in this forum, title is not an issue but you have to strict and accurate when matching NOC with your job responsibilities. Being from the same background, you can go ahead with your degree as IT is a sub part of computers. You can explain this in LOE. Good luck.
