no idea. it depends on your situation. if your spouse is more educated and better at english, they can be primary as well. consider all your options
Get a study permit in some private college, get married, come to Canada and live with her. private colleges are 2 to 3 days and you can do some setting with them to not attend classes. you can do 20hrs a week work legally, rest worn on cash. once your wife apply for your file and it approves you can try your luck getting open work permit.
