Which is the fastest visa processing centre for student visa ..is it banglore or delhi

I had got a offer letter crom Centeninal college for september intake and also payed the fees and transfered the money to GIC account.The class will begin at 5 of september ,so i am little bit worried wheather i get my visa in right time or not,some of my friends said that delhi is the best office to file visa which is much faster than banglore office...Is it right .....?
Please help me...

I guess there will be no such difference between visa offices... hope others will correct me if I m wrong
