Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Assuming all other factors being equal, which is the faster application, an FSW application with occupation in the POL, or FSW application with an AEO?

Everybody who have applied with either application, please share your experiences and issues encountered.

Thanks everybody.

I just googled it and it seems POL stand for: Priority Occupation List (POL)

i don't think i see on cic london website they said AEO complete process time is 6 mont but its going to be more and more the time they said i think its depend on visa office some case gos fater and some slow my be if visa office does not have more files they are faster and who has more file like cic london slow slow slow

I dont think any diff. in processing time for both types. Actually if you dont have AEO in hand, it takes around 2-3 months to get AEO now a days so it adds time in total timing of application. So if you dont have AEO now you should go for POL route, which will also let you choose employer after PR (great freedom!!).

Hi Chander,

Why don't u go for CAIPS notes thru canadian citizen or PR holder to have the insight view of your file which may guide u what to do further.

Hi,

CAIPS is an acronym for Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System. It is part of the Electronic Data Processing (EDP) system used by the Canadian Immigration offices to process visa applications.
Your CAIPS file will have valuable information on the processing of your Canadian permanent residence application.

You can also see her: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t39214.0.html
