Saskatoon is slightly bigger, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saskatchewan but I have no idea which one is better. I suppose you should be looking at job ads in your field to see where there are more.

Do you think having an Ontario qualification would give me a slight advantage over other candidates in saskatchewan..Even it is a little advantage.
 
Well "better" is a subjective term, isn't it :)

I think everything depends on the job availability and what sort of things you are looking for (lifestyle, ethnic diversity, natural landscapes, etc.)

Why don't you try visiting both cities and getting a feel for each.. you will have a better idea once you are there

I dont wanna waste money thats why I asked here on this forum, because a lot of people here have a good knowledge of Saskatoon and Regina.

nop even they prefer sask candidates more then any other province.
 
Jobwise Alberta is probably better. Check Edmonton and Calgary.
