Which government is good for the Skilled workers?

Hello! Could you please advise me which of the possibly elected governments good for the skilled workers program?

The conservative won so the government will stay the same. They will continue to implement the policies they have started. If another government had taken over, they might have changed policies, no way of knowing what they would have done.

They vote minimum every 4 or 5 years, I forget but they can vote sooner if they decide to.
