which forms to be used

Dear Seniors,

I had filed my initial application in May 2010 which is under "In Process" status now. During that time the application forms were a little different from the ones currently available. I just got married last month and now want to include my in my existing application with VO, but the forms i downloaded from the cic websites are different, so shall i again fill the same forms which i had filled which were available in May 2010.

Well, generally people report that trying to use old forms has them rejected, but if you prefer not to update to the new forms you can certainly take the chance and send in the old forms. If they are going to refuse them, they will let you know in 4-6 months and you can fix it and submit the updated forms.
