Which ECA should I go for a IGNOU credentials assessment?

I'll be completing my Bcom from IGNOU in July 2021.

I have used Wes equivalency tool which evaluated my degree equivalent to 3 year graduate diploma.

I want to study masters in Canada and this can affect my visa process.

Any other ECA which will evaluate my degree correctly. I don't mind the timespan if it evaluate my degree equivalent to bachelors.
