Which ECA is appropriate for a dental graduate??

I've done my bachelors in dental surgery in 2014 and now wish to apply for Canadian immigration. Which evaluation body should the ECA be done from, please guide. Should I consider ICAS or WES, BCIT or University of Toronto??
Are there any special qualification or evaluation requirements for dentists before they can apply apart from the IELTS?
