Which document checklist to be considered for family sponsorship under Spouse?

I am planning to fill up the forms and checked the doc checklists and found that IMM 5443, IMM5287 and IMM 5491 are the document checklists for the Sponsorship Application. There are different specifications and forms in different Checklists. So, I am confused. Plz kindly let me know which checklist should be included in the Application.

Which family ? Common law,spouse, grandparents?

If you are applying outside Canada use this forms..http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
part1,part2, part3 ..chose your country from part #3 and fill that form as well as part1 and part2 forms..I am assuming you are the applicant who is applying for PR. you are the sponsored one.
