Below are some steps for the same :- (Kindly note them so that you do not miss anything )
1. Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) – Since 25 September 2012, GIC has been given priority by the Canadian High Commission as a preferred document for student’s Visa. In February 2013, GIC has been made mandatory by CIC. Thus if you have not taken GIC please contact Scotia Bank immediately (attached process document), once you have got your Investment Account Number from Scotia Bank, please deposit immediately 10100 C$ and get a receipt from Scotia Bank. This receipt has to be sent to Canadian High Commission.
2. Tution Fees Transfer Report – Once you have paid 1st Year Tution Fees (or 1st Semester Fees as per your offer letter from College/University) and have secured the TT Confirmation, please proceed below. We would recommend you to pay Full 1st Year Tution Fees irrespective of being asked by University/College. (Kindly add 20 C$ extra for payment via Bank Transfer as many Intermediaries Bank Charges in between. For Instance you have to pay 11000 C$ Fees to College, thus make payment of 11020 C$.)
3. Declaration by Student
4. Take an appointment from a nearby Medical Doctor. You have to only contact any one of the Doctors as mentioned in the DMP list.

5. Kindly arrange all your academic documents as mentioned below :-
A : Take Clear Notarized Copies on A4 Size of Paper of the below documents :-
1. Offer Letter, Admission and Acceptance Letters received from University/College.
2. Student’s class 10th, 12th marksheets and school passing certificates
3. Graduation, Diploma, PG Marksheets and certificates and also degree.
4. Work Reference, Experience letters or Appointment Letters
5. IELTS Marksheet
6. Passport – 2 Copies
B : Please only show actual letters – if student is actually idle show preparing for IELTS, Entrance Exams , travelling or unemployed. Do not show artificial letters
C : Take Clear Notarized Copies on A4 Size of Paper of the below documents :-
1. GIC Receipt Received from Scotia Bank & 2. TT Confirmation and Fees Receipt from University/College.
D : Original Passport with 2 Coloured Passport sized Photos
