Which day is IELTEs test result date?

By the day I can query my result online was 13th day after the test. (13 th day was always the next next friday after a Saturday test)
But when I get the test result sheet, there was a test admin signature date, which was 11th day after the test.

Which day should I put in to the EE language test result date for my IELTES test?
