They came on Thursday asking the neighbour for my husband. They left, and left us no card/paper. We are vacating the apartment tomorrow, flying to Canada on Friday and my husband has no passport. The agency is not responding to my inquiries. No tracking number for the courier either, just for their website. I phoned dhl but it's not with them. Any info anyone? Thanks in advance!
