I don't have enough IELTS score,I have 6.0 only and want to apply some college to apply study permit to buy some time,and try to get offer from my goal school to catch up to get to Canada with waiting for study permit or delay
 
If you want to be admited into any college to apply for study permit and mean while take another IELTS and be admited into the school you want... i think that is what you want to do... It is possible but I really suggest you to take your IELTS before applying... it just make a lot more sense...

you might get visa refused because of low IELTS score...

You know,maybe I get offer from the college used for getting study permit while I get My higher IELTS score,I would use my latest higher IELTS score to apply study permit.By the way,isn't IELTS band 6 enough to get high likelihood to get study permit?
