Which checklist to submit with final package?

Hello Everyone,

I will be finally submitting our sponsorship package tomorrow. I am fine tuning a few things and reading over the instruction for clarity.

Since we starting filling out our application back in Nov. 2016, we will be using the older version which will be accepted till January 31, 2017.

I have a confusion regarding the CHECKLIST. We are doing an outland application, my wife is in the Philippines and I am in Canada.

I have been following the IMM 5491E Checklist while my wife has been following the IMM 3905E checklist (specific to Philippines document instructions). They are almost the same but IMM 5491E has more content specific to the sponsor.

IMM 3905E checklist specifies to add it to the final package and also states, "If there is a conflict between this guide and any other versions or publications, this document and its instructions take precedence and are to be followed."

Which guide should I be adding to the final package? IMM 5491E or IMM 3905E?
