Definately ChC CHD.
chc delhi walle are super duper fast.

Delhi is faster but its like CHD gets some random time bound boosts at times and they process it quickly as well.

as chc takes time for spp file is 3 weeks or 15 working days(as written on web site) but chc delhi gives result with in 3 or 4 days..

wht about chc chd?? how much time it is taking now a days..

i applied on 24 but no reply yet whras d ppl who applied aftr me in delhi got
maple leaf with their pasprt..

i thnk chd is takin arnd 15 days..

yes its true but cant do any thing because people who have there all background from punjab they have to apply to that chc chd

CHC CHD da koi bharosa nahi hai 21 din ta pakke ee aa ho sakda one and half month v lag je so be patient...

and i dont think people of punjab can file their application at chc delhi cause they have to compusorily file it at chd . hence, even if there is time difference between delhi and chd ( i heard delhi is fast )..we dont have a choice ..and have to file at chd only...

many students are getting visa in about 15 days . those who had filed on 24th october have already got the visa few days back. i heard the rush is less for winter intake..so the processing is generally faster.
