Hi everyone

I currently have a job in Canada, working with my Post Graduate WP. Could you please advise two questions below in Work history section?

1. Is it considered as job offer under "Intended work in Canada" ? ->> I think not

2. Which of these categories does this job fall under ? As working with PGWP, should i answer "work permit required, and no LMIA required "?

Can you be detail?
Hi Jepheke

When I create profile, Under work history section >> Experience with Job in Canada >> I have this experience when I worked under Post graduate work permit.
So I'm confused how to answer these questions

1. Is it considered as job offer under "Intended work in Canada" ? ->> I think not

2. Which of these categories does this job fall under >> they have 3 options
+ No work permit
+ Work permit required, no LMIA
+ Work permit and LMIA required

By the way, you know if there is any threads that includes all answer or step-by-step guideline for creating profile.

Thanks

Hi everyone

You are correct, it is not. Merely having a job in Canada is not the same thing as having a valid job offer, which must meet certain criteria (and in your case, as a PGWP holder, you would have to get an LMIA to have a valid job offer).

2. Which of these categories does this job fall under ? As working with PGWP, should i answer "work permit required, and no LMIA required "?

Again, you are correct.
