Which Canada - US borders have flagpoling restrictions?

Hello,

I heard that a few Canada-US borders have flagpoling restrictions because they're really busy? I live in Montreal and wanted to go to the border to flagpole my PGWP as soon as restrictions are lifted. Are there any restrictions on the Montreal-US Canadian border?

There is no flag-polling at all due to Covid. If you google around you should find some recommended flagpolling days under normal circumstances.

Hello, I plan on doing so in late August-early September, hopefully borders should open by then!
