I heard that there are some offers to get credit card via some websites ( e.g. Capital one ) any one has any experience to share?
I have tried but I got message ( we can't proceed your application now )
Any one know any other website

In Scotia Bank there is newcomer card with credit limit of 1000. It can get approved easily. Visit a branc close to you.

I have very good experience with scotia as a new immigrant...Just 1 yr as immigrant, they gave me credit card, car loan and now mortgage.... startright program...check out there website
